THE
WAR AGAINST PUTIN, WHAT THE GOVERNMENT-MEDIA COMPLEX ISN’T TELLING YOU.
A book

A
review by Jim “Gymbeaux” Brown, August, 15 2024
DISCLAIMER: It’s been YEARS since I have trusted
the main stream news media. Not sure I have ever trusted the U. S.
Government. As I read King’s book about
Russia/Putin, he confirmed what I had always been taught to believe – they are
both very untrustworthy!!!! My disbelief
in all things government and media obviously will have tainted my critique of
this book. Suffice it to say that if
just 10% of the book is true, that alone should be enough for you to thoroughly
mistrust both the government and the media.
With that said, I personally know that at least 60% of the book contains
facts that I know to be true. My advice,
read the book and then decide for yourself who is to be trusted and who is not
to be trusted. Your “trusted list” will
be extremely short as compared to your “mistrust list!”
In some of King’s other books, he
sticks strictly to the facts and they are usually much shorter in length than
this book. In this writing, King ads
some of his own opinions relating to the facts he puts forth and uses some very
colorful language in describing some of the nefarious players that reside on BOTH
SIDES OF THE AISLE! (Read that
again, on BOTH SIDES OF THE AISLE!)
I am very confident that anyone
reading this book will come away with the understanding that America is NOT
the moral country we have all been taught to believe that it is. We have been either the instigators or the
supporters of almost every major world-wide conflict going back to our founding
in 1776. Not so much in the beginning
but as time passed, we became more and more involved in what resulted in the
killings of millions of people world-wide through wars and clandestine
activities. As I read the book, I
remember many of the events discussed and at the time had a completely
different understanding of what had happened and who was responsible. The history I learned had ZERO resemblance
to the explanations described in this book!
My advice, read the book and then decide for yourself!
Most of the first half or more of
the book delves deep into U. S. and World History and what you will read is NOT
what we were all taught in history classes.
On the contrary! It is almost a
complete opposite. Until social media,
we had only the main stream media to rely upon for our news sources; few people
ever questioned their reporting. But
with the advent of Social Media, more and more independent journalists have
been disclosing the truth about past and present events that have taken place
or are taking place on the world stage. A
great many still trust the media what failed to show just how much America had
been involved ON THE WRONG SIDE OF DOING THE RIGHT THINGS!
It would be impossible for me to
critique the book in detail because it contains so much information. My advice would be to read it, then do your
own research to verify if what was written is true or not. For most topics, there is ample information
available to you if you just take the time to look it up YOURSELF!
As for Vladimir Putin, I
think it is safe to say that IF you read the book, you will develop a
very different opinion of Putin and Russia in general. I first became more interested in Putin AFTER
the Tucker Carlson/Vladimir Putin interview, when Putin said the “west”
has been trained to mistrust everything Russian. He went to say that most people in the “west”
believe what they have been taught without even knowing much of anything about
the Soviet Union which is now Russia in 2024.
This book verifies what Putin has said if you choose to believe what is
written in the book. Again, doing your
own research will prove the book either right or wrong. You decided which it is!
Who should read this book? Given the number of Americans who believe
everything the main stream media promotes about Russia and Putin (print, TV,
radio and books), I would suggest that EVERYONE could learn more about
Russia which we have all been trained to believe is our number one enemy, in
spite of it being our ally during WWII.
Would I read it again? Reading it again would serve little purpose
but keeping it as a reference source would be priceless!
Would I give it as a gift? I would, but would the recipient ever take
the time to read it? I seriously doubt
it because for most people, their minds have already been made up and nothing
that contradicts what they already believe to be true will make much of an
difference or impact on their already distorted beliefs.
