Do Your Own Friggin Homework!

Written by Jim “Gymbeaux” Brown, August 21, 2022

It’s unknown who wrote the following but it should be read by everyone.  It was reposted by none other than General Flynn on social media pages that would permit it to be displayed.  It speaks for itself!

“Even if I were pollinated and fully vaccinated, I would admire the unvaccinated for withstanding the greatest pressure I have ever seen, even from partners, parents, children, friends, colleagues and others.

People who were capable of such personality, courage and critical ability and undoubtedly the best of humanity.  They are everywhere, in all ages, levels of education, states and ideas.  They are of a special kind; they are the soldiers that every army of fight wants to have in its ranks.  They are the parents that every child wants to have and the children that every parent dreams of having.  They are beings above the average of their societies, they are the essence of the people who have built all cultures and conquered horizons.  They are there, next to you, they look normal, but they are superheroes.  They did what others could not, they were the tree that withstood the hurricane of insults, discrimination and social exclusions, and they did it because they thought they were alone, and believed they were the only ones.

Banned from their families’ tables at Christmas, they never saw anything so cruel, they lost their jobs, let their careers sink, had no more money…but they didn’t care.  They suffered immeasurable discrimination, denunciation, betrayal and humiliation…but they kept going.

Never before in humanity has there been such a “casting”, now we know who are the best on planet Earth.  Woman, men, old, young, rich, poor, of all races or religious, the unvaccinated, the chosen of the invisible ark, the only ones who managed to resist when everything collapsed.

That’s you, you passed an unimaginable test that many of the toughest Marines, Commandos, Green Berets, astronauts and geniuses could not withstand.

You are made of the stuff of the greatest who ever lived, those heroes burn among ordinary man who glow in the dark.”

Author unknown, pity

I hope everyone that has read this far takes the 4 minutes to watch this video link on the Nuremberg Code:

After watching, answer this question:  Was the world, including you and I, exposed to constant violations of the Nuremberg Code in the way we were all exposed to an experimental drug therapy referred to as the COVID vaccine(s).  Some gave in to their personal doctors (plural) strong encouragements.  Some gave in to the pressure of losing their jobs, their careers, their incomes.  Others gave in to the pressure of their families and peers.  Some refused to give in and as stated above, they are the true heroes of 2020-2022.

I want to know when the hundreds upon hundreds of people, if not thousands, who pushed and pushed the vaccines onto the world, going to be held accountable for their actions that are in obvious violation of the Nuremberg Code.  Politicians, health workers, the CDC, the WHO, and the largest number of criminals of all, the main stream media who all appeared to speak with ONLY one voice in the constant barrage of news about the COVID vaccines.  They pushed and pushed that everyone be vaccinated and now they are encouraging babies older than 5 months be vaccinated.  This is criminal behavior that everyone can see on a daily basis.  They have convicted themselves of the crimes they continue to commit and every major outlet speaks with ONLY one voice.  Anyone dissenting from that message are censored and banned from appearing on their networks.  They are also banned from most social media platforms.  There are no dissenting voices allowed to be heard by “we the people.”

Why would anyone do this?  To most people there is no viable or understandable answer.  But if you have done your homework and read Agenda 21 and then Agenda 30 (which was merely an update of Agenda 21), written by none other than the United Nations and embodied in marble on the Georgia Guidestones, the goal is to reduce the world’s population.  How can you kill off the desired 13 of every 14 people as proposed?  Wars, famine, pandemics or all three at the same time.  Whenever I put forth comments like this, my friends have labeled me as being crazy.  What they fail to do is THEIR OWN FRIGGIN HOMEWORKI did not make this stuff up, it is written in the two Agendas from the United Nation and discussed by Klaus Schwab at the World Economic Forum meetings and as stated, etched in marble on the Georgia Guidestones (that have since been destroyed).

It is doubtful that you and I are to be included as one of the 14th persons in the 13 of 14 to be removed from planet Earth.  Everyone wants to think of themselves as being one of the “elites” that will be saved.  That is not going to happen.  We are all going to be one of the 13 people who the elites consider too stupid to know what is good for them.  By any other definition, there would be a word for what people like Klaus Schwab want to create on Earth – COMMUNISM!  DO YOUR OWN FRIGGIN HOMEWORK BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!

Going Down The Tubes

By Jim “Gymbeaux” Brown, August 18, 2022

From:  Which tubes are being alluded to in this expression isn’t known for certain?  A strong candidate must be the soil-pipes which are connected to lavatories.  The phrase is a variant of ‘down the drain’ and is the American equivalent of the British ‘down the pan’.  All the early citations come from US sports reports, notably baseball.  The earliest reference to it that I have found is in the Charleston Daily Mail, May 1954, in an interview with the world-recording breaking Parry O’Brien talking about his reaction to an earlier collegiate record of his being broken by Don Vick:  “Yes, that gave me another incentive.  I was proud of that record.  Then I had visions of all my records going down the tubes.”

The headline says it all.  Browns QB Deshaun Watson settles 20 of 24 sexual misconduct lawsuits.”  You can read all about it by going to this link:  The most recent updated information as of August 18, 2022 is that Watson will be suspended for 11 games and fined 5 million dollars.

Here’s a headline you probably DIDN’T see or hear.  Viktor Hovland self-reports penalty after mom's call, then MCs (misses cut) from The Players (Championship).”  You can read all about it by going to this link:

There could not be more diverse positions than the two mentioned above but they are only two and there are there definitely many more examples that could be mentioned.  In fact, there are far more situations involving professional athletes than hit the headlines almost every day or at least every month.  Very few are of the caliber of Viktor Hovland who called a penalty on himself and then missed the cut.  That caused him to NOT earn very much money, if any, by missing the cut.  What will Deshaun Watson miss by settling with 20 of 24 sexual misconduct lawsuits?  He may “settle” AND he will still play for the Cleveland Browns AND earn his bazillions by doing so.  If he is suspended by the team and/or the league, he will have still earned a guarantee on the compensation they previously agreed upon.  Meanwhile there exists another dichotomy on the Cleveland Browns team in the name of Baker Mayfield.  It is doubtful that Mayfield was consulted when the Cleveland Browns went out on a limb, so to speak to, and acquire the rights to Deshaun Watson.  It cost the Browns millions of dollars to acquire those rights.  The Browns KNEW about the sexual misconduct charges and signed him anyway.  It seems obvious to me that the Browns had no integrity in the way they treated Mayfield and Watson.

In Mayfield’s case, he gave all there was to give on the playing field and it appears that he is a standup kind of guy off the field as well.  Watson, using a metaphor to describe his play with the Houston Texans, “phoned in his performance” by not giving his all because he did not want to play for the Texans.  The Browns basically ignored that as well believing that whatever caused him to not want to play for the Texans, would not be applicable on the Browns team.  Really?  Once a prima donna always a prima donna.  Baker Mayfield was NOT a prima donna or at least he did not appear to be one, especially given the way he handled the arrival of Watson coming to the Cleveland Browns.  Ironically the Browns traded Baker Mayfield to the Carolina Panthers and the first game for the Panthers will be against, you guessed it, the Cleveland Browns.  I believe Mayfield will “land on his feet” and probably do very well with his new team.

The Cleveland Browns showed no integrity in signing Watson and no integrity in the way they treated Mayfield.  Should or does that surprise me?  Absolutely not.  Professional sports are all about winning at all costs and sadly college sports and even high school sports are much of the same.  Except for golf and tennis, the rules governing the various sports seem to apply ONLY when you are caught.  Otherwise, teams and players go to the line and cross over it as often as they can and then look surprised when they are caught. The most recent historical abuse of the rules involved the Houston Astros, a major league baseball team.  They went to great lengths to steal the signs the opposing teams were using to send in the next pitch the pitcher was to throw.  In other words, the batter KNEW what kind of pitch to expect and that made it much easier to hit.  As a result, the Houston Astros made it all the way to the World Series by breaking the rules until they were caught.  The coach was fired but the players were not.  Still, the players knew what was happening and benefited greatly by having the knowledge of what the next pitch was going to be.  If a team had integrity, everyone on the team would have paid the price, not just the coach, who, by the way, was hired by another Major League Baseball team – so much for integrity.

Compare that to Viktor Hovland who called the penalty on himself and missed the cut in the tournament thus he missed earning any money for his play and also the chance to win a very major golf tournament.  That’s integrity – stealing signs is not.  Nor is doctoring a football which was the alleged case of the New England Patriots when it was discovered that their footballs were slightly deflated making them easier to grasp and throw for completions.  Soccer players are famous for taking very theatric flops in hopes of getting a call from the referee.  The same applies to basketball where the rules are almost non-existent.  Watch any basketball game and do your own refereeing to see how many of the game’s rules are routinely broken like the 3-second in the lane rule, or the palming of the ball rule or taking too many steps rule.  More blatant are the physical abuse players both take and give during a game.  Basketball was once a game that required athleticism and finesse.  I remember being called for a foul by simply “hand-checking” while on defense.  Today they beat the Hell out of each other and there are few if any violations called when they do.  A player can use all of his body weight to knock over a defender and the call of “charging” is rarely if ever called on such a player.  That was not the case when I grew up playing the game.

Basketball lacks integrity in the area of politics as well.  Some of the players and owners have been very vocal regarding their political positions and that is their right.  Is it smart?  I don’t think so.  I have been in sales for more than 30 years and the first rule of business is NEVER PISS OFF A POTENTIAL PAYING CUSTOMER!  EVER!  When a professional athlete, Hollywood actor, singer or company president makes his or her political beliefs public, you immediately run the risk of losing money because you will have upset at least half of your POTENTIAL PAYING CUSTOMERS!  The National Basketball Association is different.  They have HUGE monetary ties to Communist China.  They have not and probably will not ever say anything political against China out of fear of losing the income they expect to receive from China.  This, even though China has flagrant civil rights abuse policies and practices, some of which have cost thousands of people their lives.  But the NBA is silent on these issues while they preach about issues in the United States.  Not only is that lacking integrity, it is out right hypocritical.  In the eyes of the National Basketball Association (NBA), it is perfectly permissible to bash a political person and/or party but it is NOT okay to make any derogatory comments about Communist China because it may cost the league money.  Doesn’t the “league” understand bashing someone in politics or a political party is also costing the league money and viewership?  How dumb does someone have to be to be elected to leadership positions within the NBA?

Compare that to a business I have a great deal of knowledge about – real estate.  Most licensed real estate agents are members of the National Association of  REALTORS®, known as NAR (but not all licensed agents are members).  By agreeing to the terms of membership, NAR REALTORS® agree to practice their business by complying with the REALTORS® CODE OF ETHICS.  If you want to know all there is to know about the REALTORS® CODE OF ETHICS, go to:

To put it in simple terms, the offices/companies for which I was the responsible Broker for, all had Operations Manuals that were simple rules of understanding for doing real estate business under the banner of the office.  One such rule was that if anyone knowingly or intentionally broke one of the many REALTORS® CODE OF ETHICS, they would face immediate termination.  Being a professional REALTOR® that conducted his or her business according to the rules meant everything to the professionalism of the business.  Like everything, one rotten apple spoils the entire bushel.

That principle seems lost on professional athletes who knowingly and willfully break the rules as if they didn’t exist knowing that the officials will not catch everything they do.  They do this even with the intent of physically bringing harm to an opponent.  Nothing disgusts me more than to see a blatant disregard of the rules and a player gets seriously hurt and then the player who violated the rules takes a knee to show everyone that he cares about the injured player.  Believe that and I do have ocean front property in Arizona you may be interested in.

I don’t mean to single out ONLY the Cleveland Browns. The New Orleans Saints star running back, Alvin Kamara was arrested by assaulting someone following a football game in Las Vegas.  People are innocent until proven guilty in America.  The question in my mind is this.  Does a person’s behavior as a civilian (as compared to on-the-job) reflect on his or her future employment with his or her employer?  As in Kamara’s case, should the New Orleans Saints put personal integrity above on-the-field performance?  The answer to me is simple.  Any player, star or otherwise, would be placed on suspension from the team until either found guilty or innocent.  A team could still compensate the athlete until the case is determined, or they could not pay the athlete if the team’s printed rules and regulations so stipulated.  This is only one of the many reasons I am not a professional coach of any sports team because the player would sit on the bench if the team’s ownership did not suspend the athlete.  If I had the authority, I would terminate the player because he or she was not contributing to the team’s public brand in a positive way.  It would also show that my team, its ownership and I do NOT put winning above everything else, especially integrity.

I recently read where the New Orleans Saints “fans” are upset that Kamara “may” receive a six-game suspension.  Reading the release about the Saint’s fans goes to show that the fans, like the team, only care about winning and care very little, if at all, about what a player may have done that involved committing crimes.  To me that is just sick.  Kamara and Watson are entitled to their day in court but I would like to remind everyone of Ray Rice, FORMERLY of the Baltimore Ravens.  He was caught on camera abusing his wife in an elevator.  Rice has not played another down for the Ravens or any other NFL team.  Where is the equity for Rice when you consider what will most likely happen to Watson and/or Kamara?  I am NOT siding with Ray Rice; I am only pointing out the discrepancy and hypocrisy in treatments throughout professional sports.

One more case involving a Baltimore Raven player, Ray Lewis.  He was involved in a double murder.  He WAS found not guilty but the case as defined on the internet “remains murky.”  Ray Lewis was later voted into the National Football League Hall of Fame and landed a gig as an announcer on a sports network.   TWENTY-SEVEN NFL players have been arrested MULTIPLE TIMES.  Read the list and descriptions for yourself.  Most continued to play football.

Professional sports are truly “going down the tubes!”

By Jim “Gymbeaux” Brown, August 11, 2022

It amazes me how people interpret not only what I say, but also, what everyone thinks I say, all the while thinking they know with certainty what was said and what was meant by everyone who spoke.  Don’t ask me to say that again, I KNOW what I meant! Take for example the following very simple sentence.  As you read it, give SERIOUS consideration to the word that is EMBOLDENED in each sentence and how it changes the meaning or the intent of what was said.  Before you read the sentences, read them as if you were a television news announcer on the evening news.  Then consider how by simply placing emphasis on a different word each time you read the sentence, you change the meaning without changing the wording.  The ONLY thing that changes is where you, the announcer, placed YOUR emphasis as determined by YOU the announcer.  Ready?  Let’s go.  Read the following sentence either out loud or to yourself but it has a much greater impact if you read it out loud and read it to someone not familiar with what you are going to say or why you are saying it.

If you read that WITHOUT placing emphasis on any of the words, that is GREAT!  Now read the same sentence but this time place audible emphasis on the emboldened word each time you read the exact same EIGHT words.

I did not say I stole the money (someone else may have said that but I didn’t)

I DID not say I stole the money (I definitely spoke words)

I did NOT say I stole the money (No way did I say it)

I did not SAY I stole the money (I did not speak those words you thought you may have heard)

I did not say I stole the money (Someone else probably stole the money)

I did not say I STOLE the money (I may have borrowed it, but I never STOLE it)

I did not say I stole THE money (Certainly NOT the money in your hand, other money? Maybe!)

I did not say I stole the MONEY (I may have taken a lot of stuff, but not the MONEY)

Words definitely have meaning but so does the WAY and you EMPHASZE a word or words each time  you say it.  What YOU thought you may have said may be entirely different than the way someone interprets what you said as demonstrated above.  Is it possible that you may wonder how you got into an argument with someone like a spouse or significant other (hate that phrase) when you thought you were both on the same page?  It could have been initiated by placing your emphasis on just one word of a sentence that you thought you both agreed on.  Oftentimes you have no idea that you unconsciously emphasized a word or two.  Is it possible that this could lead to arguments and misunderstandings.

Consider a teacher in a classroom who by all acceptable standards, teaches the curriculum that was thoroughly thought out.  Do you realize how difficult a task that is when by placing emphasis on the wrong word changes the lesson the teacher is trying to convey to the students?

I spent over 33 years in real estate sales, mostly as a trainer.  Similar sentences like the ones listed above were part of a training class I taught my agents on how to become effective speakers AND more importantly an EFFECTIVE LISTENERS. Effective Listening was the name of the course.  If you are doing a presentation or teaching a class, you must practice what you are going to say BEFORE you say it to your class or your customer.  It is even better if you record what you are going to say and then play it back to insure WHAT you are saying is WHAT you want the listener/student/customer to HEAR AND UNDERSTAND!  If you actually record your practice session, I can guarantee you that your first reaction will be, do I really sound like that? Or worse, do I really sound that bad?  Is it possible that you lost the sale because you really do sound that bad?

Here is an example.  You are working with a homebuyer who is buying a home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Just about every location on the Coast, the homes ARE subject to POTENTIAL flooding.  In some areas, certainly not all, Flood Insurance is NOT required.  In other areas, it is a requirement placed on the sale by a mortgage company IF there is a mortgage on a home.  The requirement is mandated by the mortgage company not the law of the land.  Therefore, if there is no mortgage, flood insurance is NOT required no matter where the home is located.  Here is the key element in what I have just said.  If you, the homebuyer, decide NOT to get flood insurance that is YOUR decision.  But if a NAMED STORM enters the Gulf of Mexico, or you just decide to purchase Flood Insurance, you will have to wait 30 days before it can become effective.

The above example took a lot of words to convey but the LAST EIGHT words were the most important of all and that is where YOU should place the emphasis of your presentation.  If YOU were a REALTOR® and made the above presentation, you could find yourself in legal jeopardy when a homebuyer decides NOT to purchase Flood Insurance when they could have and then tries to do so when a hurricane begins to form in the Gulf of Mexico.  Then your homebuyer discovers that the home is not going to be protected against flooding for 30 days and the homebuyer insists YOU never told them of this restriction.  Words mean things and they can be costly when you fail to convey what needs to be said.  It is also incumbent upon YOU to make certain that the person you are talking to, wither that person is a spouse, a child, a customer or an opponent, fully understands what you intended for them to know and understand.  You can do this by simply asking them if they understand and even better, repeat it to you.  If you are in sales, the ONLY way to protect yourself against such a misunderstanding would be to get their agreement in writing and then have them sign that they understand.

As if on cue, I watched the afternoon news to catch up on severe weather heading our way.  Before the weather, the news broadcaster discussed a “news” story about Elon Musk and she said, “Elon Musk GOT RID OF his Tesla stock.”  Words mean things and the use of these words were unfortunate.  When you hear the words GOT RID OF what did you think?  What if the announcer had simply said “Elon Musk sold his Tesla stock.”  Would that have been a more correct statement in regards to his selling of the stock?  When she said GOT RID OF, I immediately thought that he was possibly GETTING RID of discriminating evidence.  He was not.  He was selling his stock in Tesla which was his right to do.  The announcer did nothing but read the news from the teleprompter that someone else had written.  Was the use of the words GOT RID OF, an intentionally placed phrase?  Maybe so, maybe not but it was used and it did influence the story in a negative way when it shouldn’t have.  As a result, hundreds if not thousands of people like me thought that Elon Musk was up to no good by GETTING RID OF his Tesla stock.  In the end, it really doesn’t matter if you KNOW what you SAID, it only matters what the other person HEARD or thought they HEARD what you said.  In this regard there is also an element of SELECTIVE HEARING being inserted into the conversation.  People tend to hear what they want to hear or they are expecting to hear and everything else is just a blur to them.  That is where having the other person repeat what you said back to you helps in the understanding process.

The Sky IS Falling!

The Sky IS Falling, The Sky IS Falling!

Said Jim “Gymbeaux” Brown, August 7, 2022

“(Scott) Davison said death rates among working age people – those 18 to 64-years-old – are up 40 percent in the third and fourth quarter of 2021 over pre-pandemic levels.”

“Just to give you an idea of how bad that is,

a three sigma or 200-year catastrophe would be a 10 percent increase over pre-pandemic levels,” Davison said.

“So, 40 percent is just unheard of.”

Please don’t take my word for it, do your own research.  Search for the plans, goals and objectives of Agenda 21 and Agenda 30, both written by the United Nations; search for the objectives of people like Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates.  If you do, you will find that they feel that the Earth is over populated and that the population MUST be reduced to 500,000,000 people!  If you are not paying attention, according to the web site:,  the world’s population is now at 7,965,866,774, and increases every second.  I’ve done the math for you but please, check my numbers yourself.  7,965,855,775 minus 500,000,000 (the desired population) means that 7,465,866,774 people, and that probably includes you and me, will have to be ELIMINATED, or setup to die in the near future!  7,465,866,774, just in case the number did not register with you the first time!  These evil people are claiming that this over population will destroy the world’s climate structure and that 7 trillion plus MUST be ELIMINATED (or murdered) to achieve a world’s population of 500,000,000.  They have said this, they have printed this in documents, their exact words have been recorded, and some mysterious source even erected massive stones in Georgia, called The Georgia Guide Stones where 500,000,000 was etched in marble.  To achieve this reduction in the world’s population, approximately 13 of every 14 people MUST be eliminated/murdered!  Every person that supports this position, believes that THEY will the 14th person; good luck with that position.

How do you murder TRILLIONS/BILLIONS of people?  Wars come to mind.  Or, how about world pandemic(s)?  Or, as Nazi Germany tried during WWII, you could simply murder the people you thought were excess to your needs or served little purpose other than to disrupt your objectives.  Germany discovered that all of their efforts didn’t achieve their goals and most were very ineffective and costly.  Or, you could discover a way to make the people believe they were acting in their own best interests and the best interests of the world by voluntarily agreeing to injecting a drug disguised to “protect” them from a supposedly deadly disease.  When in fact, the drug actually will begin a death spiral either immediately or over time from all sorts of diseases.  That still was not enough deaths or nearly quick enough to meet their objectives.  Suppose that these same evil people want to make certain that the Birth Clock on the world’s population not only stopped counting forwards, it began to show a reversal of the world’s population?  How or why would this happen?  People would either elect not to reproduce or they would be made physically incapable of reproducing through forced sterilization.  Such a program would have to be disguised as a vaccine to protect the smallest of our population from the pandemic - the babies.   The babies would then become infertile as a result of the injected drugs.  Is any of this beginning to sound familiar?  If not, I would strongly recommend that you refrain from operating any heavy machinery!

Are you beginning to put the pieces of the puzzle together?  If you are like me, I initially refused to believe that this was all just an evil plan but no one would be evil enough to see it through.  People in general are just not that evil, or are they?  What changed my thinking occurred when I realized that the main stream media and our government were putting forth only one narrativeget the vaccine, regardless of your age.  The media refused to cover any dissenting opinions or facts.  People who spoke out about the experiential drug therapy, and that is what it is, an experiment not an approved and validated vaccine, were shunned and silenced.  People were called conspiracy theorists; they were banned from social media and some even disappeared from the public stage.

None of this could be true, could it?  Nazi Germany didn’t attempt to murder 11 MILLION people, did they?  Did Nazi Germany really murder 6 million of the desired 11 million people they deemed as being undesirable or was that too horrible to believe to have happened as some people still believe?  When someone says they are going to murder you, my advice would be to believe them!  Some people may even believe there ARE too many people on the planet and that the number SHOULD be reduced.  People who believe this most likely also believe that they, themselves, would NOT be in the number to be eliminated.  THEY would be too important to be removed.  I’m pretty sure that a lot of the 6 MILLION people murdered in concentration camps of WWII thought they were too important to the world as well.  In fact, I ‘m pretty sure every one of the 6 MILLION people murdered thought that as well, as would have YOU!

The desire to reduce the world’s population is NOT a theory.  It is NOT a conspiracy theory.  IT IS A FACT!  They have said it, they have printed it and as I have said, they even engraved it in marble on The Georgia Guide Stones.  They are attempting to carry out their plan!

Do you want proof that something serious is afoot throughout the world?  Read what CEO Scott Davison has said about the sudden and heretofore unexplained increase in death rates specifically of men ages 18 to 64.  I’m not saying these numbers and statistics, the person responsible for paying out insurance claims is saying it.  You can choose not to believe him; I choose to believe him.

What is so unique about men ages 18 to 64?  Can you say MILITARY AGE?  Is there an underlying objective to reduce the effectiveness of our military by reducing the number that are available to serve?  Some say yes, some say no.  Me?  Before you say no, consider that OUR military has decided to involuntarily discharge any military member that refused to take the experimental drug therapy they refer to as a vaccine.  Consider the number of both short term and then long-term deaths caused by the experimental drug therapy (vaccines).  You can verify this yourself by researching the website known as the VEARS Report, a government run site that tracks VOLUNTARY reporting of adverse vaccine reactions including deaths.  I emphasize the word VOLUNTARY because it has been estimated that fewer than 5% of such reactions are ever reported. Again, don’t take my word for it, research the site yourself, otherwise you will refuse to believe the numbers that anyone, including me, could put forth as evidence.  I know this to be true because people have called me crazy when I cite the numbers, so check them out for yourself!  I’ll make it easy for you, here’s the URL address and NOTE, it is a government URL address:  To answer the question as to what do I believe; I do believe that there is a concentrated move to reduce the effectiveness of our military because the people that are carrying out the plan to reduce the world’s population fear our military the most.  But, they also fear “we the people” and specifically fear that “we the people” may eventually wake up to what they hope to achieve.  I am only asking that you review the facts and decide for yourself what the truth is about world events as they are happening before your very eyes.  Do you believe your lying eyes or do you believe the narratives put forth by the main stream media?

Back to CEO Scott Davison.  Here is the link where YOU can check it for YOURSELF!  I sincerely hope you do.

In review, how do you reduce the world’s population from 7,965,866,724 down to 500,000,000?

·         Wars

·         Short term:  World-wide pandemics (COVID, Variations of COVID, MONKEY POX, etc.)

·         Long term:  Deaths initially caused by vaccines that take longer to develop as deadly diseases

·         Voluntary sterilizations disguised as vaccines of babies and toddlers

·         Long term: Starvation caused by world-wide reduction in food

·         Civil strife and mayhem caused by massive amounts of death, disease and starvation

·         Shortages of commodities and shortages of available money

·         Unrestricted abortions (keep in mind since Roe vs Wade, over 60,000,000 babies have been aborted.

Is any of this starting to sound familiar?  Or, am I the 2022 version of Chicken Little if you have heard that story from your childhood days?  It sure sounds familiar to me!  How about YOU?

An Apple A day

An Apple A Day Keep Doctors Away!

By Jim “Gymbeaux” Brown, July 20, 2022

If you are as old as I am, you have heard your mother say this to you, “An apple a day keeps the doctors away.”  Turns out that there is a lot of truth in that statement.  Funny how mothers usually turn out to be right in spite of how we all thought they were wrong at the time.  I would like to tell you a story about how an Apple may have saved my life.

Several years ago, I purchased an Apple Watch.  I knew it had a lot of capabilities and I also knew that I would probably use very few of them.  I never thought I would pay so much money for a wrist watch when a cheap off-the-shelf drug store watch would keep perfect time for you.  What was the deciding factor for me to spend a couple of hundred dollars for a wrist watch?  Being Diabetic, the Apple Watch would sync with a device I wear called a DEXCOM that sent a signal via Bluetooth to my Smart Phone.  The signal changed every 5 minutes and gave me a Blood Sugar reading that heretofore could only happen if I pricked my finger and then used a device to read the Blood Sugar; a really pain in the finger so to speak.  Having instant access to your Blood Sugar reading on your phone helped to control your Blood Sugar more than anything I have done to date.

Then I discovered that the Apple Watch could also be set up to read the same signal that was sent to the Smart Phone so now I could read my Blood Sugars by simply looking at my watch.  Suddenly the cost that I at first considered to be outrageous was not so outrageous; it now provided a distinct benefit that I would like to have.  Yes, the Apple Watch can and does do many more things but for me at the time, I was more interested in having it tell time and read my Blood Sugars.  That was then, this is now.

This past Sunday I received a very strange sounding alarm from the watch, a sound I had never heard before; I have been wearing the watch for at least 2 years.  I looked down at the watch and there was a warning on the screen face.  It said that, according to the watch, it had detected an abnormal heart rhythm that might be AFib (or AFIB or AF) and that I should call my doctor.  What is AFib you might be asking?  The following definition is from the Internet:

Atrial fibrillation (also called AFib or AF) is a quivering or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clotsstroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications. At least 2.7 million Americans are living with AFib.

On Sunday when I received the first message, I did something really stupid; I ignored the message.  Then on Monday, after working in the yard for a couple of hours, I was resting in the house and the strange alarm sounded again and the same message appeared.  I asked myself maybe the dumbest question of all time; I wonder if I should call my doctor, my heart doctor?  Once I realized just how dumb that question sounded, I called my heart doctor.  The first response was that such watches are often wrong but I should come in immediately for an EKG.  Within 20 minutes I was at the doctor’s office sitting on an exam table having an EKG taken.  The nurse’s initial response was immediate – you have AFib and I needed to see the doctor.  It was very obvious that this was something that you didn’t want to fool around with and take for granted.  I had no symptoms that I was aware of.  My blood pressure was on the low side when it was taken at the same time.

Enter the doctor.  She explained that AFib is controllable and could be serious. Some cases are much worse than others and that the degree of severity is determined by the width between the lines on the EKG printout or screen.  In my case the widths were narrow and she did not appear to be all that concerned for my immediate safety.  I was put on a medication and told that in most cases the medication will return the heart rhythm to a normal rhythm.  But…if that failed, one of the next steps would be to have the heart shocked back into its desired rhythm, which almost always works.

I am not writing this Nugget to explain my medical condition, on the contrary.  I have always felt that my medical condition was my business and my business alone.  This Nugget is about the technology that I suddenly became very aware of that rested on my wrist – an Apple Smart Watch.  I was totally unaware that the watch had been monitoring my heart rhythm for at least two years and was shocked when I first saw the message warning me it was abnormal and that I should call my doctor.  When you look at the definition of AFib, you understand just how serious this could be and could have been in my case over the past weekend.  I had no idea I could have been in serious trouble.

Before you balk at the price of a smart watch, as I did, you may want to reconsider when you see exactly what it can and cannot do for you; like warning you of a potential heart issue like mine.  Hearts are nothing to fool around with or to take for granted.  If you think you have a problem, there is no dumb question!  Call your doctor immediately.  I should have gone to the emergency room on Sunday instead of waiting until the second message I received the following Monday.  Very dumb decision on my part.  When in doubt – CALL!

For younger people, the ability of the watch to monitor your heart may not be a serious consideration and the cost may in fact be prohibitive.  But for older folks such as myself, especially folks who have HAD previous heart issues, the cost IS still prohibitive IF you never need it, IF your heart is truly in good condition.  BUT…if your heart does need attention and you don’t know it, the watch becomes PRICELESS!  I hope the message of this Nugget is loud and clear.  If you are concerned about your heart health, purchasing a smart watch that can monitor your heart condition is a price so worth the money.  I now consider it like homeowners and title insurance.  If you never need the insurances, they are truly costly.  But when you DO need them, they suddenly become priceless, just like my Apple Watch.

UPDATE:  It’s now Wednesday morning as I write this Nugget.  My dog woke me up at about 2:00 AM and I was unable to go back to sleep.  I got up and wrote this Nugget.  Then I put my SkullCaddy headphones on and went back to bed. I put some “easy listening” (David Arkenstone to be exact) music on (as compared to rock or country).  I still didn’t go back to sleep but I realized I had laid in bed and didn’t move a muscle for well over an hour.  Then my Apple Watch shocked me once again.  This time it didn’t announce that I had an irregular rhythm, it announced that my heart rate had dropped to less than 40 beats a minute; that is marathon runner status.  Was it the new medication I was on or was it the music I was listening to or was it a combination of both?  What was amazing was that the Apple Watch came through with yet another amazing discovery.

ANOTHER UPDATE:  August 6, 2022, it WAS the medication I was on and the doctor immediately stopped it.  I visited my doctor 3 times and an EKG was done every time and it showed the irregular heart rhythm.  I purchased a KardiMobile that you see advertised on television and it too said the heart rhythm was probably in AFib.  The heart doctor did an electric shock therapy and the rhythm appears to have returned to being normal.
